That's a decent result I'd say. 

Don’t know whether we should play up the hill first or second half but I just want us to get a win- seeing as we gifted them 2 points when we played them at PL earlier this year!

We lost the toss, so got stuck with playing downhill in the first half. Which is the least favoured option.
However the team stuck to the task and our second half performance was impressive.
It was a well deserved win.

It was nice to see that several former Broncos. The Leyland Brothers. Eloi Pelissier and Sam Davis turned up to support the team on Saturday.

Looked like a good, hard working performance. Real shame we didn’t have the players in place for the first third of the season. We wouldn’t be massively off with this first 13. Good to see Davidson get a run out. He looked good..lPorter continues to offer value, 

Barley’s stadium seems pretty decent one to me but just like the Cherry Red the cameras seemed to show it was empty. Was there a decent turn out on the side of the stadium we couldn’t see. Bearing in mind how many sides struggle to half fill a modest sized stadium I’ve always been mystified with the RL authorities insistence on gate capacity etc,

The crowd was not that numerous. In a attempt to boost the attendance  post match a Frankie Valli tribute act was due to performin the area behind the main stand. Sadly heavy rain arrived just as the game finished and I believe that the event was called off.

Nice stadium though and nice people too. As you say the RL are misguided with their push for stadium capacity that is totally inappropriate
for the majority on Championship/ League one  clubs.
